A remarkable early production by Qiu Xiang and the Nanqiao factory, this is the 2004 batch of the Double Lion series. Typical Menghai profile: austere and potent with a full, long lasting aftertaste. Lots of woody incense aroma. Produced in significantly smaller quantities than the 2005 Bulang Double Lion, and so harder to find with good storage, we are excited to offer a tasting sample of this tea.
