The 7532 recipe from Dayi is distinct from the 7542 and 8582 recipes, having a tippier blend with more sweetness and less bitterness than the 7542 as well as more crisp tartness than the 8582. Not as storied as the 7542 and 8582 recipes, the 7532 typically has a somewhat lower price and represents great value, especially when it is well-stored and not quite old enough to be in very high demand. We feel this 801 batch, with more than a decade of natural dry Taiwan storage, is at a sweet spot at the moment.
