2019 Biyun Hao Mansong
An elegant example of the small-leaf varietal traditionally used for Puerh tea in Mansong, Yibang. The early steeps of this tea have a very gentle taste, but a lot of thickness and sweet aftertaste in the throat. The tea maintains its elegant profile but builds in heating energy over many steeps. Excellent material and processing, from a particularly dry year with small yields. This cake was pressed in the 250g format.
